Brann Bronzebeard gains bonus 5% bonus damage/healing for each level past 10. Many players are using Early Access to level up Brann Bronzebeard to prepare for higher level Delves. However, in a recent hotfix it seems like experience might be (temporarily) capped for Brann as no further experience is gained once he reaches level 15.
