In The War Within Early Access, there are a few renown venders offering 584 item level gear that players can purchase to get a boost in their item level.

The two factions that offer this are the Council of Dornogal, Hallowfall Arathi, and The Assembly of the Deeps. Depending on the faction, Renown Level 7 or 8 will allow players to be able to purchase a 584 item level Chest, Shoulders, or Helm on the Veteran track depending on the faction. These cost 0 Resonance Crystals.
