With the PTR for Season of Discovery Phase 5 now live, we've datamined the Tier 2 Blackwing Lair Sets for every spec, including new sets for the SoD-exclusive class/role combinations.

These Set Bonuses now encompass the new specializations introduced in Season of Discovery, while also making the stats for each set more relevant. It also looks like Blizzard may be working on a Core-Forged system to give you Tier 2 stats with Tier 1 set bonuses if you prefer the gameplay of the MC sets.

With the Season of Discovery Phase 5 PTR available for testing, we have datamined some interesting affixes coming to Blackwing Lair's Tier 2 set items - Draconic and Core Forged.

While the base stats are identical, the Core Forged affix appears to have its Set Bonus taken from the Tier 1 Warlock Set from Molten Core.

Could this mean that players will be able to choose to keep their Set Bonus from Tier 1 if they prefer?
