In Season of Discovery hotfixes for August 23, Blizzard has announced that Firelands Embers and Emerald Chips will now stack up to 2500, and you'll want to hold onto them to purchase items in the next patch! When do you think we'll get more information about the next SoD phase?

Firelands Ember previously stacked to 99 and were used for upgrading epic Fire Resistance gear, while Emerald Chip stacked to 999 but was only used as currency for a handful of Emerald Wardens items.

Blizzard is opening two new servers in Season of Discovery that will be able to hold every player in the game on one of two servers! There will be one PvE server and one PvP server that players will receive a free transfer to, once available. This will not be a forced transfer, as all current realms will remain available, however, the original realms will be closed to new players.

Blizzard has announced that the Wild Strikes Aura from Druids will become raid-wide during weekly maintenance.

In order to improve accessibility to the Wild Strikes/Windfury Totem effect, the Wild Strikes aura, which has been limited to the Druid’s party within 20 yards, will become raid-wide with a 100 yard radius.

This change will occur during scheduled weekly maintenance in each region.
